Per le strade gira un serial killer dal metodo ricorrente: sceglie la propria vittima, la tampona con l'auto e poi la uccide, quando questa è scesa dal veicolo. Tuttavia, quando la vittima scelta è il boss della malavita Jang Dong-soo, il killer non riesce a terminare il proprio compito. Jang e il detective della polizia Jung Tae-suk stringeranno quindi un patto segreto per catturare l'assassino.
