Dopo i fatti di San Francisco l'umanità deve decidere come affrontare la questione dei Titani, mostri giganteschi che abitavano la Terra prima dell'uomo. Sono una minaccia da abbattere o la salvezza della Terra, come sostengono gli ecoterroristi?Alzi la mano chi riteneva di esigere un plot coerente da Godzilla II: King of the Monsters. Nessuno, naturalmente. Ma il punto non sta nell'insensatezza della richiesta di fronte al kaiju eiga più esplicito ed estremo fin qui prodotto nell'emisfero occidentale, quanto nel fatto che anche un B movie che contiene 17 specie differenti di creature giganti e mostruose necessita di un minimo di accortezza di messa in scena e coerenza narrativa.
