Glass, il film diretto da da M. Night Shyamalan, è il crossover/sequel di due thriller già diretti dallo stesso regista, ovvero Unbreakable - il predestinato e Split.Quindici anni dopo lo scontro con lo spietato "uomo di vetro" alias Elijah Price (Samuel L. Jackson), David Dunn (Bruce Willis) guarda per caso un notiziario in una tavola calda: il feroce killer smascherato in Tv non è altri che Kevin Wendell Crumb (James McAvoy), dominato dalla feroce "Bestia" che ha seminato morte nel seminterrato dello zoo dove lavorava.Dopo questi eventi, raccontati in Split, ritroviamo un Dunn che mette a frutto i suoi poteri come vigilante, aiutato dal figlio ormai adulto, e si trova ormai sulle tracce di Crumb, nel frattempo pronto a sacrificare alla Bestia altre ragazze prese in ostaggio.
