Suo fratello Chuck è un ottimo avvocato e fondatore dello studio legale HHM, ma fermo a causa di una presunta elettrosensibilità. I rapporti col fratello si incrinano a causa del carattere esuberante che ha sempre contraddistinto Jimmy con annesse le scorciatoie per raggiungere il successo professionale.
