Trama:
Per festeggiare il pensionamento di una nave ammiraglia della flotta degli Stati Uniti, viene organizzato un party di commiato. Il comandante ingaggia un gruppo musicale, composta in realtà da temibili terroristi intenzionati ad impossessarsi delle testate nucleari della nave per ricattare il Presidente degli Stati Uniti. Il commando riesce con facilità a sopraffare gli ignari invitati ed i membri dell'equipaggio, tranne un uomo: il cuoco, Casy Ray, ex SEAL della marina, agente pluridecorato e intrepido combattente...
