Jack è un agente pubblicitario di successo, con una bella moglie e due figli, che vive nel terrore di un evento: la visita annuale della sorella gemella Jill. La tendenza di Jill ad essere appiccicosa e aggressiva fa impazzire Jack, mettendo in subbuglio la sua vita solitamente serena. La situazione diventa ancora più disperata per Jack quando Jill decide di prolungare la sua visita facendogli temere che non se ne vada mai più!
