Una grande epidemia ha devastato la razza umana trasformandola in un'orda di cadaveri ambulanti che per sopravvivere si nutrono dei pochi sopravvissuti rimasti sulla terra. Per trovare una spiegazione razionale e un rimedio a quanto accaduto, Igor (Alex Lucchesi) e Alen (Guglielmo Favilla), due ex militari ancora in vita, partono per due giorni di caccia, con l'obiettivo di recuperare cavie infette, utili alle sperimentazioni dell'eclettico scienziato Gyno (Claudio Marmugi). Durante il loro percorso, si imbatteranno nei personaggi più disparati, da un pittore pazzo a un gruppo di neonazisti guidati da un piccolo gerarca (Fabiano Loi), fino ad arrivare alla misteriosa figlia di chi ha dato il via alla mostruosa pestilenza, il santone folle che si fa chiamare l'Untore (Steve Sylvester).
