Red e Mandy vivono soli in una casa nel bosco. La loro tranquilla vita familiare viene sconvolta quando, durante una passeggiata nella foresta, Mandy viene notata da Jeremiah, l'inquietante leader di una setta deviata di cultisti. Deciso a trattenere la ragazza nella setta, l'uomo ne organizza il rapimento. Dopo aver provato inutilmente a resistere al brutale assalto dei rapitori, Red e Mandy si risvegliano legati e imbavagliati in mezzo agli adepti del culto. La situazione precipita quando ai due ostaggi viene iniettata una sostanza altamente allucinogena, che trasformerà la loro prigionia in un incubo.
