Trama:
La scrittrice Maddie Young vive una vita di isolamento dopo aver perso l'udito da adolescente, ritirandosi in un mondo fatto solo di silenzio. Quando però un killer psicopatico dal volto mascherato appare alla finestra della sua abitazione, Maddie deve spingersi oltre i propri limiti mentali e fisici al fine di sopravvivere alla lunga notte che l'attende.
