Strike the Blood è un anime trasmesso in Giappone tra il 4 ottobre del 2013 e il 28 marzo del 2014. Una serie OAV intitolata Strike the Blood II è stata distribuita in quattro volumi tra il novembre del 2016 e il maggio del 2017. Una terza serie intitolata Strike the Blood III è uscita tra il dicembre del 2018 e il settembre del 2019. Una quarta serie serie intitolata Strike the Blood IV è stata pubblicata nel aprile del 2020 e giugno 2021. Una quinta serie intitolata Strike the Blood Final è stata pubblicata nel 2022.
Trama
Il fantasy d’azione, ad ambientazione scolastica, si incentra su Kojou Akatsuki, il vampiro più potente al mondo, la sua esistenza sembrava più legata ad antiche leggende, che alla realtà. Il protagonista se la dovrà vedere con Yukina Hiramegi, la ragazza ha il compito di vigilare sull’eventuale comparsa di vampiri, e se necessario, deve dare loro la caccia, fino ad eliminarli.
